In an exciting twist to the dramatic life of the Palins reports have surfaced that Bristol Palin, daughter of Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, stole her baby daddy Levi Johnston from her former best friend, Lanesia Garcia.
According to the Garcia her and Johnston had been seeing each other for 3 years before rumors began to circulate that he had been cheating on her. Palin advised her friend to dump him, which she did, only to watch Palin take Johnston for herself soon after.
If you ask me, this is not news. But, alas, it is for the mass media. The country as a whole eats up stories like this. But many, many people base their votes on irrelevant issues like these. But do we really need to know these personal details about our leaders? Will the fact that Obama smoked pot and snorted coke in college or that McCain left his first wife after she was badly injured in a car accident really affect their respective plans to end the war?
In my humble opinion people should really just listen to the important issues, everyone has skeletons in their closet and politics is like a x-ray machine.

Mother of Missing Child Released From Jail for Third Time
Casey Anthony, mother of missing child Caylee Anthony, was released from an Orlando jail on charges of petty theft, check forgery, and using a false identity.
Young Caylee Anthony has been missing since June of this year. However, her mother chose to not alert the authorities until almost a month after her disappearance. This and other details made private by the police have given them reason to identify the mother as a person of interest in the case.
Records of a 911 call show that there were some very suspicious things going on with a car that Casey Anthony owned. During the 911 call Cindy Anthony, grandmother of the missing child, commented: "There's something wrong. I found my daughter's car today, and it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car."

Woman Pleads Guilty to 1976 Prison Escape
Many people believe the expression 'time heals all wounds'. Does it still qualify, however, for an escaped convict who buries skeletons in the closet?
Susan LeFevre, a California house wife, was recently identified as an escaped convict from a prison in Detroit, Michigan. Lefevre, 53, claimed that at the time of her arrest in 1974 she was unaware that she would recieve a 10 year sentence for a guilty plea on a charge of possession of heroine.
With the help of her grandfather she climbed over the fence of the prison and continued running for the next 32 years.
After being arrested and identfied in California, she plead guilty to her charge of escape. The case is expected to resolve in a sentence of probation.
It seems it is acceptable in the eyes of this justice system to escape a 10 year sentence in exchange for a slap on the wrist.
